  1. I’m sorry, but shedding 60 lbs does not represent a healthy body…that could have been 30% body fat.
    I’m no perfect example of health either, gaining 28 lbs these last 18 months here in my new apartment. But when people are 25% or more body fat, they need to get up and stop snacking.
    Although I did like the way you presented everything this time.
    And the avocados are making me envious of people with jobs.
